Payment Terms

Our payment terms are through a Confirmed Irrevocable L/C at sight by a class bank acceptable by us. L/c Mode of payment is acceptable for orders more than 100mt. We also accept demand draft or T.T/Swift payments to our bank accounts.

Payments mode for customers especially in India is via

1. DD payable at par at Either NEPAL SBI BANK LTD, KATHMANDU (via Any SBI BANK) or STANDARD CHARTERED BANK LTD, NEPAL (via Any Standard Chartered Bank INDIA) or EVEREST BANK LTD, KATHMANDU (via Any PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK)

2. SWIFT and or TT to be remited/transfered to Either NEPAL SBI BANK LTD, KATHMANDU (via Any SBI BANK)

3. RTGS to EVEREST BANK LTD, KATHMANDU (via Any PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK)

4. SCBQC to STANDARD CHARTERED BANK LTD, NEPAL (via Any Standard Chartered Bank INDIA)

*We would suggest you to either select option 2 as best or 4 as better and 1 as good. option 3 is available if no other option easy for you.

Shipping and Handling

Unless otherwise specified, our price terms are F.O.B. Kolkata port . We usually ship via Ship, unless items are oversized or overweight. We will use the most cost-effective freight source available. If you prefer, we will ship via Federal Express or other rapid delivery service. A handling and insurance charge will be added to your order.

For Indian Customers, Unless otherwise specified, our price terms are CIF buyers godown. We usually deliver goods via trucks from Nepal to your godown.

Hours of Operation

Our phones are answered Sunday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM in the Indian (i.e. Bombay, Calcutta) time zone. E-mail orders may be placed any time.

Guarantee

We guarantee that your order will meet the specifications represented within industry standards of tolerance.

Delivery Time

Delivery time for l/c payments are within 30-45 days and for TT payments are within 15-20days.

For Indian Customers, Delivery time is within 15 days

Documents required

For Indian Customers only,

1. Copy of Certificate of Import & Export Code, True attested by local public notificary office.

2. PAN Certificate, True attested by local public notificary office.

3. Roadpermit/ Waybill if requried by your state

Price Validity

Unless otherwise specified, price are valid subject to stock availability and price confirmation. Generally Prices are valid for 6 days only.

Price Terms (For Indian Buyers)

Unless otherwise specified , our prices includes

1. Product Cost

2. Transporation upto buyer's godown (as per negotiation)

3. Insurance upto Final destination

4. Any/All Import duties, Excise Duties, CVD, Special CVD, CESS, HIGH CESS, EDU CESS, SPECIAL CESS    (If any) applicable at Land Custom Office, Jogbani BIhar at INDIA NEPAL BORDER

5. All expenses at LAND CUSTOM OFFICE JOGBANI BIHAR INDIA NEPAL BORDER

Unless otherwise specified, our prices does not includes

1. Any type commissions or discounts

2. Any local/state/national taxes like, vat, cst, octra etc

3. Any local expenses/ duties/ charges etc

Order Quantities

We offer quantity discounts. Items may be combined to achieve quantity discounts. Any quantity of a single item that exceeds the maximum quantity pricing in our catalog may be eligible for a greater discount. Call us at 00977-21-22779 for details. Our minimum order is 25 MT x 1 fcl 20feet.

For Indian Customers. Our Minimum order quantity is 15mt x 1 truck

OTHER TERMS ARE NEGOTIATED AT THE TIME OF ORDER.
